Introduction to Conscious Parenting
In this introductory talk, you will learn about the basics of Conscious Parenting including what is/isn’t, the difference between traditional and conscious parenting, how mindfulness fits in, what are ways to speak to your child that facilitate connection vs. disconnection. This course is the foundational course in the Conscious Parenting Series and is based on the work of Dr. Shefali Tsabary and Dr. Dan Siegel. Mindfulness for Parents
In this 45m seminar, you will learn what mindfulness is/isn’t and how it can benefit both parent and child.
