Introduction to Conscious Parenting

In this introductory talk, you will learn about the basics of Conscious Parenting including what is/isn’t, the difference between traditional and conscious parenting, how mindfulness fits in, what are ways to speak to your child that facilitate connection vs. disconnection.  This course is the foundational course in the Conscious Parenting Series and is based on the work of Dr. Shefali Tsabary and Dr. Dan Siegel. Participants will leave with actionable information and a new perspective on the hardest job they’ll ever love. Cost: Free

Conscious Parenting 3-Part Series

In this series we will delve deeper into how to recognize and unlearn the parenting behaviors that are not serving you or your child.  We will focus on how to recognize and let go of your deeply ingrained parenting patterns, how fear fits in, and how to be more mindful and attuned to your child’s needs.  You will leave this series with practical ways to integrate Conscious Parenting into everyday life, skills to help you pay attention to your child’s needs, and tools to make the journey smoother for all. Cost: $99 for entire series.

Mindfulness for Parents

In this 45m seminar, you will learn what mindfulness is/isn’t and how it can benefit both parent and child.  You will begin to understand how mindfulness effects the brain and how busy parents can integrate a mindfulness practice into their lives.  We will end our session with a short mindfulness practice.
